Look-out tower Oslednice
History
Once there used to be look-out tower. It was wooden and high 16 m. It was built by professor Alois Kulhánek.
In 1999 was built mobile-station on same place. Requirement was to make it open for people as look-out tower. Author was Ing. Josef Bárta. The part of the steel construction is spiral staircase with scenic gallery in height 31,2 m (176 stairs), the height of tower is 34 m, 557 altitude. Nice view of Telč, Roštejn castle, the highest point of Highlands Javořice (837 altitude).The look-out tower was opened 25.3. 2000.
Opening hours:
In case of bad weather is the look-out tower closed.
April - October open on public holidays.
May, September:
Saturday, Sunday 10:00 – 16:00
June – August:
Tuesday – Sunday 10:00 – 17:00
November – March:
after agreement: 10 and more people
